Try to get at least 15 reps of each one, and bulldozer those last few reps if you have too, to complete 15 of each. Then build your numbers from there. How would you feel about a MAB challenge contest starting the 1st of the year?
The challenge this year will be for a one month or 3 month Fullbody program. Strictly a fun challenge. I'm going to post a thread about it in the next few days. I'm putting together a framework and some programs for it. |

I swear by leaning forward dips and Pull ups. I don't think there is anything as beautiful lol! I know a homie is big as Fack and this is what he uses as a template
