![]() I could go on and on, but I think you get the point. Can you bench 350lbs right now? Probably not, that does not mean it can't be done. Only that you can't do it. Your not trained enough to accomplish that task, yet! It is the same thing with fullbody work. You must train for the event to accomplish it properly. After you have read the John Christy thread, then go read the Casey Butt thread in the Bodybuilding section. It is stickied for you right at the top of the page. Anybody can do a Weider type split. It takes an Athlete to train fullbody. |

I train full-body as often as I can, which usually ends up being ~5x per week.
The difference is that I solely do heavy compound movements, no more than 3 or so movements per session, and eat and sleep enough to recover. You have to work up to it.
