Default I have a dream!!
I have a dream that I am dedicating myself too.
And it is simply this the paradigm shift in our methods of training back to the old classic pre-steroid era approach of the York System as well as the complete revival of the York Training System,and the teachings of the men who wrote for it's magazine Strength and Health-including Bob Hoffman,Steve Stanko,John Grimek,Bradley J.Steiner,and Harry Paschell.

To this end I am thinking of starting an off line news letter.

Search the site and you will find a lot of good stuff on here. Like BTB I'm a very basic kind of lifter. I work out of my garage, with minimal equipment.

Sounds like an interesting project. As a home gym minimalist, I am always looking for ways to get the most with the least amount of machinery as possible.

Check out some writings by Casey Butt:

Casey Butt Muscle and Brawn Bodybuilding and Powerlifting.

They are modern, but he is a fan of old school lifting.
