Mine is simple. In high school my coach told us to never deep squat, that it was bad for your knees. |

^ That's at the top of my list. I seen to remember a routine back in the late 80's by Gaspari (or someone like him) that was a 6 day double split. I tried it. Fail for sure.

I ran 2 months of the Warrior Diet (similar to intermittent fasting) and lost exactly 11 pounds of muscle.

this dude was telling me i should only bench half my bodyweight, im like yea is that why u weigh a whopping 110 pounds. Hes like yea but im toned, i facepalmed
