I'm coming in great. I may even hit my goal of raising my carb's a week or 2 out. Down to 141.8 and getting the grainy look already.

Likewise. Weight is down to 176 and muscles are poppin haha. Need to tighten up some areas especially lower back, gotta get that cardio going now. Diet is on track as well
