Shoot for 135. If you are doing the diet like I do. When you get down to a 1 month out re-look at things. This will put you tone, tight, defonition but not ripped like a BBer.

Start now. shout for 1.5 - 2 lbs a week. This will bring you in early were you will be able to raise carbs and will still keep loosing weight. It will also help you fill and not have the stringy look, just good and full muscle bellies and FIT. Again not like a BBer but a very fit lady.

Your welcome. Being fittness you have a diffrent package to give the judges.
very your cardio on number of days to keep in the 1.2-2. If you loss 2lbs for the week and it isn't over NO cardio. If you do re-feeds keep the day after gains to no more than 2 lbs. You will drop the 2 by a few days after re-feed.
Weigh first thing in morning after you get up and M/T your blatter, but before any food, water or anything, this will be your true weight being your dry, anything after this there are way to many vereables that will give a false weight.
So your looking at 1.5-2 loss each morning of the re-feed day each week.
For re-feed take macro's to maintnace only not above.

I here that. ^5 ripped. I was 130 the morning of (pre - stage prep meals), last year. This year looking at 140 and just as ripped if not more ripped.

This will still put me in Bantom weight for the US and Open class. W/C and Masters theres no weigh in. So at Ohio I don't need to weigh in.
