How much you have to loss? Whats your general goal weight? I say general because once a person get ripped, then it is in how you look and the goal weight may change.

thank you rich, I have always had the number 135 in my head, it was what I was in middle school but skinnier then...I think that will be great, so I have 19 pounds to go!! alright, I'm going to be starting this. thank you again

I here that. ^5 ripped. I was 130 the morning of (pre - stage prep meals), last year. This year looking at 140 and just as ripped if not more ripped.
This will still put me in Bantom weight for the US and Open class. W/C and Masters theres no weigh in. So at Ohio I don't need to weigh in.

Myself - on track. down 16 lbs to 152's, 12 or so left to go, depending on how I look.
