and make sure you pay attention to how you react to certain foods along the way. it will help alot later. i know for me on my carb load days when i would load with rice instead of potatoes i would stay a little leaner but i also would not look as full muscularly so it was a give and take with how much of what in the last week when it was time to fill out. also for me the more greens i seemed to eat the more energy i would have on low carb days. every little bit of carbs would help and greens were free carbs. |

I count EVERYTHING. I know some people don't count fiber carbs. I can't do that myself. That would throw all my macro's off to the piont of no return. How do you do that? Don't count the carbs but do count there fat and protein content?

nope greens are totally free. and i guess i would have to look but i'm pretty sure most greens don't really have much of a fat or protein content.
fiber carbs according to my trainer and from what i've read are quickly burned and disposed of so you use them really as a filler so you can help yourself not to cheat by not feeling so hungry. |

remember rich i also go with a no fat no sugar approach and until it fails me i will stick with it.
the only fat i take in is the little bit i get from my lean meats but otherwise i don't do clean fats. |

For my body if I didn't count them I would never get as lean as I do. My body recognizes everything no matter how minnor. Plus as lean as I get even 1 oz of fat looks like a pound, and 1 g of fat holds 7g's of water so I'd be screwed. lol

I had a very minor refeed on Wednesday, bumping to 2400, and I'm up 1.2 pounds today. I used to be able to predict my body's reacts accurately, but sitting on my butt all day is making this hard. Every time I think I have my metabolism figured out I hit a 4-6 day weight loss stall.

It seems right now if I go above 2000 a day, I set myself back a few days. Refeeds don't seem to be doing much.
I have lost 5 pounds since we worked out last, so still making progress.
