I've never really switched a workout. I've made small changes over the years, but it's not like I'm jumping from DC training to whatever 7 times a year. I have a buddy who is obsessed with switching workouts all the time and he is constantly cracking on me for not changing. |

I agree with BTB. If something works why would you change? You should monitor your progression and make a choice from that data. Imo changing too much will decrease performance.
