Default Chest shoulder and tricep splits

How do you recommend working chest, shoulders and triceps?

Do you think it's betetr to work triceps with chest, with shoulders, or on it's own day with biceps?

I think you should try them all and use the one you like.

I worked chest, shoulders and triceps together for many years. Now that I'm older and lifting heavier, the "push" day doesn't feel so good on my joints.

I have trained my chest, shoulders, and triceps togeather for years also. I feel one should work the muscles that fire togeather with each other.
