I have been training for 3 months. Is it better for me to do a lot of sets with a broad range of exercises or a few sets like the Starting Strength program? If I want to use volume will it limit me in any way? |

at 3 months its prob good for you to be doing full body workouts or like upper/lower splits for now. until yo uget a handle of forms and so on.
and YOUR DIET...(which, even thought many refuse to listen, is the MOST important part)

the thing is like everybody else said you cant hurry it just learn the correct forms and go from there and remember too eat.
