Many sets or a few sets
I found the link here from the bodybuilding.com forum.
I have been training for 3 months. Is it better for me to do a lot of sets with a broad range of exercises or a few sets like the Starting Strength program? If I want to use volume will it limit me in any way? |
I wouldn't start with volume training. It's like jumping into the deep end oof the pool before you know how to swim.

at 3 months its prob good for you to be doing full body workouts or like upper/lower splits for now. until yo uget a handle of forms and so on.
and YOUR DIET...(which, even thought many refuse to listen, is the MOST important part) |
