Default Input Needed - Training Techniques

I'm writing a feature article and want to hunt down every possible training technique I can.

The obvious starters are:

--Pre-exhaustion
--Drop Sets
--Supersets
--Trisets
--Giant Sets
--Drop Sets
--Negatives
--Partials
--Cluster Sets
--Singles

If you can think of any techniques, please add them to this thread. These techniques can be used for powerlifting and bodybuilding.

Supports are awesome too, especially accompanied by negatives. My jump from bareky getting 225 off my chest to a 245*2-3 bench is thanks in part to using the buckeye/chuck sipes rep scheme with the last set of 4 consisting of supports with negaitives on each rep.
