What's your favorite restoration technique?

i think mine would be foam rolling, contrasting showers, and sauna..wish i could add massages in there..

Love contrast showers as well! I wish I had a foam roller... Would do wonders for the low back haha

Even on my off days I take contrasting showers. It's AWESOME!

Ice works well for aching body parts as well.

Whenever I have a muscular/ligamen/tendon injury I always use RICE:
Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevation

But in general otherwise I like foam rolling, post workout stretching (never pre), and contrast showers.
