Don't forget rolling pins/travel sticks. I like using a broom stick and a resistance band and doing lots of reps at home just to flush blood to the muscles.

Resistance bands are definitely awesome. Also, rolling on whatever you can get your hands on is good.

I use a roll that engineering paper came on, which is really hard. I start with my foam roll then move on to the paper roll. Contrast showers and ice are also critical
