I'm bad about sticking to a routine.... I need to start writing down what I'm doing so I have more consistency. I used to be better about it- I've slacked off recently. But I do think that switching things up every 6mths or so is good. I could tell after a long period of the same routine when I switched it up I would be really sore the next day.
