I do not do much direct hamstring work. But deadlifts hit them nicely. The best hamstring workout I have ever done though is the Glute Ham Raise but I do not have access to one now, it is really a great exercise

wild, my hammys hardly feel sore after squats. then again i do SLDL right after squats so i cant really validate my own opinion.

SLDL and leg curls are all i do for the hams (besides squatting)

my leg day:
6 sets of squats, 5 sets of SLDL, 5 sets of hack squats, 4 sets leg ext, 4 sets leg curls

Good points everyone, i would go for the wide stance deadlift, squats and highrep lying curls. Used to do GHR's on a bench with a buddy sitting on the ankles some years back and those really hit em hard also.

I've always been like this. Not sure why. It actually gets worse if I squat wide. Then the soreness comes after like 3 sets.
