Should my rotation look like this: Chest/Tris Back/Bis Legs Shoulders Arms Day Off Repeat or Chest/Tris Back/Bis Legs Shoulders Arms Repeat until day off is NEEDED Let me know what you think.

When you're growing like mad...and you're at that age, I do not see a reason to train more then 3 to 4 days per week. Sometimes 5 days.
Looking at your routine, the big red flag for 3 is 3 pushing days - chest, shoulders and triceps. I would consider simplifying to something like: Chest/triceps Back/Traps OFF Shoulders/Biceps Legs/Abs OFF OFF or repeat cycle. It's better to start small and build in as you learn how your body is responding. If you start big, it can be confusing as to which pieces to remove.
