unless you plan to elaborate with some real knowledge and facts don't bother to cramp your fingers. no one gives two squirts of monkey piss about what you have to say cause so far you have not been anything more than a vague know it all "Guru". Start backing up your knowledge or GO AWAY!!

My pictures have always been on this website.
http://muscleandbrawn.com/forums/mem...ny-peters.html Let's talk about heralded men of iron who also trumpet 3 days or fewer training sessions per week:
Shall I continue, or will you seek to further attack me?

Look back carefully into writings of the folks you have mentioned (especially Casey Butt). They are strong full-body 3 days a week advocates, but the underlying idea you would find is basically the weekly workload. 44 minutes / session 3 days a week, or 22 minutes / session 6 days a week, how much different do you think they would be, if the workload was uniform in both cases? That said, I will say this though - 3 days a week is a much easier and flexible schedule for an average Joe to stick with (most of my own lifting is 3x week too); this however does NOT mean one should train only 3 days a week. We can't look at how someone trained at the end of their career, especially these gifted athletes, and then connect the dots to say that this is how you or I should train. Did most of these athletes make all of their gains using a more simplistic training structure earlier in their lifting careers? Most certainly yes.

i can completely understand your argument/point on the subject but i think it takes a little more than some pics of you modeling to convince people you know what your talking about. do a full write up explaining yourself and the point at which you are coming from. you leave everything so open ended and vague that it seems to an onlooker that you are merely spitting knowledge fragments and posting links. put up some concrete evidence to back up your side and we will all listen i guarantee it. but just mentioning some names of guy's who worked out 3 or less times a week didn't make you an expert on the subject. no one will listen to your advice if you don't back it up with a solid explination. and you are gettin flamed because we have repeatedly asked you to do so with some of your personal achievements and or personal training success and you have failed to do so! give us some examples and i don't mean links!!
