Your favorite triceps exercise?
Whats your favorite exercise for triceps development?
CGP followed by heavy 3-board presses closing with "v" bar cable burnouts.
Weighted Parallel-Bar Dips.
Closegrip benches. I would probably add in dips. It's been a while since I've used them. I also like two-handed overhead dumbbell extensions, though it can be a bear getting a heavy dumbbell into position.
Skull Crushers man, I also used to love the overhead DB Press, but my spring clips for my DB handles can't handle the weight. My cast DB set only goes to 35's. I also wish I had a Dip station, cuz those used to kill the tri's also.

i love all of them! my tri's are one of my easiest developed body parts and are wicked strong as far as skull crushers, dips, and pushdowns so i love them all but as far as defined outer head developement i like slow heavy v-grip cable pushdowns.

CGBP, and Dips.
Nobody with reverse bench press? I find them one of the most comfortable and efficient tricep exercises.
Close-grip bench press and dips.
This week I did my cgbp off of a foam roller and I really liked how that felt. More of that to come. I used to be a big fan of skullcrushers, but my elbows took a beating from them. I finally feel good after laying off of them for several months and I don't see myself doing them in the near future. However, if you can do skullcrushers and not **** yourself up, they are a great mass developer. |
