Body Part You Train the Least
What's the Body Part You train the Least?

I'm in first with forearms. Haven't trained them directly since the stone age.

Forearms are first followed by biceps and abs. All of these get a good hit as assistence muscles from other work.

Forearms, haha. They just get trained with deads and such I guess.
Everything else I make sure to hit at least 1x per week. |
Ab's. I hate to crunch.

Yes, or put more effort into their forearm work than their legwork and that is even worse! :P

I'm often guilty of neglecting the abdominal training.
