Calves for me. Do a bit of forearm work for kung-fu and help and my D/L grip.

I'm surprised forearms are winning the poll, heavy deads especially with double overhand grip trains forearms, but squatting really doesn't train caves at all, at least not for me.

Me too, but I still answered calves in the poll because deads stimulate growth in my biceps.

Most neglected, calves and abs. Least favorite to train, biceps. Most favorite to train, legs.

Biceps and calves.

I used to train calves 2-3 times a week, but now it's more like once or not at all. The crazy thing is that over the last two months, my calves often feel sore after my squat and deadlift workouts. I also walk a lot and my job requires me to be on my feet all day; that, and I often walk flights of stairs to get to where I need to be. Does anyone else experience calf soreness after heavy squats and deadlifts?

I do, but that's because I'm inclined shift the weight onto the ball of my foot (flexibility problems which evolved into strength dichotomy). But if you really want a salient effect (sorry- writing a research paper in another window), go for a round of breathing squats and you'll feel it directly.
