Going To Work This Out Tomorrow but need some advice
I am going to hit my Chest and Triceps super hard tomorrow and this is the Current Template
Chest/Triceps 1) Flat BB Press - 5 2) Incline BB Press - 3 3) Flat DB Flyes - 5 4) DB Pull Overs - 3 5) Push ups to finish it off to 100 reps 6) Close Grip BB Press - 5 7) Skull Crushers - 5 or 3 Now for the questions How many sets do you think I should go for each if you look in red this is what I was thinking but I want someone else to look at it Let me hear what you guys think |
If I had to go this workout, I would do it like this:
1) Flat BB Press - 5 2) Incline BB Press - 3 3) Flat DB Flyes - 3 4) DB Pull Overs - 3 5) Closegrip Bench - 3 or 5 6) Skull Crushers - 3 7) Push ups to finish it off to 100 reps Flyes are kind of a waste after 3 sets, in my opinion. I might superset them with pullovers. |

What about warm up sets on the Flat BB? Should I keep it at 2

5 working What about doing a last set burn out? I have been hearing a lot about a 6 set burn out Does this do anything or is it just hype? |
