wanted to know y u have me doing push pull style if by the time u get to second and third body part ur tired and can't lift as heavy?

It's not about what you can lift...it's about doing more then the previous workout.

When I get to the third exercise on my chest day (closegrip benches) I still feel strong. Your body will adapt to this stress.

Your triceps will be fatigued after 6 sets of chest pushing work, so the 3 sets of tricep work is just to "make sure" you've worked them hard enough.

Don't worry about "bodyparts." Bodybuilders obsess too much about bodyparts. You can fine tune bodyparts down the road. It may seem you're too tired to hit biceps or triceps after the main sets, but they've already been worked. Remember, the body works as a unit.
