– Bodybuilding Biceps Program: There are a million workouts that promise you the inches and definition you want, but don’t seem to take one consideration into mind, YOU ARE A UNIQUE INDIVIDUAL! There is no one bodybuilding program that will work for everyone the same, so you have to play with it and hone it into what you need! If more reps work for you, add them; if more or fewer sets work for you, adjust them! Not only will this result in the best results possible but it will also keep you interested in lifting and in the gym! So I offer you here not a workout that will work for you, but a workout that has been great for me; but only after I have tested and changed it many times, and to be honest it still changes, I have to shock my body into new pain to get new and better growth. – Barbell curls 12, 10, 8, 6, 8, 10, 12 Incline Dumbbell Curls 12, 12, 10, 10 Dumbbell Hammer Curls 4 x 8 Seated Concentration Curls 10, 10, 8 Standing Zottman Dumbbell Curls 4 x 8 – I would recommend looking up any of the exercises that do not look familiar to you. Also, a very important tip when doing any lifting at all; NEVER sacrifice good form for weight! It is also very important to visualize when you are doing these lifts, squeeze the bicep at the top of each rep and visualize your arms getting bigger and they will! Bodybuilding biceps do not come over night, but stay committed and they will come AND HOW! your in training gwilliams |

Good read. I don't think I've ever seriously looked into Zottman curls.

Traps! Hyoooge Traps are where it's at mang....hahaha
But having the sleeve poppin gunz always brings the stares too....never heard of Zottman curls. Just checked them out...looks cool, will probably find a way to work these in at some point..

I'm big on arm day too , plus I'm bicep-gifted so once they get to pumping its on....
no one is praising delts??? delts are the main piece to square up and widen out the upper body.

this is what im neglecting. no kid thinks to work on shoulders to improve their physique, but i now realize i need to hit them hard to get wider up top..... got to get the V going (which is another reason to work lats/traps hard).
