i get as close to 45 degrees that is comfortable, i do more like 70 degrees.
i also use some leg drive, but not so much that i cant stay in control of weight. BTB posted something on pulling motions the other day. You can use leg drive/loose form, as long as you can hold the weight for a moment at the top of the lift.

bend over at waist, bend kness slightly hold weight just off the ground arch back and pull with your lats, try to minimize leg usage as much as possible and concentrate on lats and not your biceps.... make sense?

there fine, but i noticed i have a very hard time keepin the correct form on them due to body mechanics.
