So runners have weaker bones than that of a weight lifter. IS that right. Genetics have nothing to do with it. I can change my genetic bone density make up with the right exercise. Is there a excercise that change my hair color. Maybe this guy should have found an exercise to change his I.Q.

isn't it saying liftin is better than runnin even though both can build muscle, while runnin can be damaging (collision) weight lifting can help prevent ostioporosis. or something like that it was hard to understand. now i'm spent.
