Critique my 1 year 8 month progress 17 yo
Well first off, I'm new here its good to be here.. I have been training consistently for almost 2 years now the first year I over-went trial and error I built up some muscle mass then as of 5 months ago I started bulking and currently am bulking.
Here are my pics, Criticism and advice appreciated as I am always willing to learn. Welcome to the forum. Glad to have you here. And great transformation. 40 pounds is no joke. I would love to hear exactly how you did it. For every 100 guys that start 135, few actually climb the mountain like you did.
Great job! I have no criticism. That's great progress for 2 years. Whatever you're doing, keep it up! |
nice job man, welsome to the board

Pretty much I stayed active, Consistent I had rough times in the gym where I gave up for short periods of time but I always went back twice harder. Stretchmarks demotivated me, lack of progress, weakness and injuries, I later realized that all these things put me headfirst into experience and made me stronger instead of weaker. I started with a simple 4 day split went every day for a year, I started training at a more expert level after a year lifting heavy with much stricter form. the past two years I focused on mass, low reps high weight after I finish bulking I am going to focus on cutting the fat and working on a strength/endurance routine.. Do you have any advice as I have no experience in cutting. Thanks! Quote:

There are some bodybuilders and experienced cutters on the board. MattB is a bodybuilder. Ripped and Nighttrain are residence cut-masters.
And stretchmarks are a sign that you've made it. Doesn't look like you have much to cut. it shouldn't take long. |
welcome aboard.. transformation looks gr8 continue to give it hell

Transformation looks awesome bro! Welcome to the forum, pics look great.
Care to expand on your workouts? What was your four day split like and then what was the routine that you switched to?? Looking good, keep it up! |
Looks great bro, one thing i do see is that your legs look a little small in the last pic, but that could just be the angle

Great job evgeney! And welcome aboard!
