What's a better PCF ratio for bulking, 30/50/20 or 40/40/20?

I think it depends on you. I gain weight by looking at food. I also lose weight fairly easy. I would go with less carbs. I know it doesn't answer your question, but this is my perspective.

That's a rather broad question. Eat enough protein. Make sure you get in your fats. It all falls in line.
