One rep at a time.
Initially I'm going to start with about 4 heavy sets on each lift. When I can get to 3-4 reps or so, I might cut back a set. I am still going to do "lighter" work.

Doug Miller...one of the largest naturals of our generation. He weighs around 185-190 on stage at 5'9". This video really shows just how big that is.
