suggestion for a home gym setup?
I already have all the plates I would need from a family friend who gave it to me and i was thinking about asking for a bar, power rack and bench for Christmas, anyone got any suggestions for an inexpensive, but durable home gym setup for me?

with a power rack, barbell, plates, and a bench i could get one hell of a workout! this is all i plan to use on my new program (besides useless pec dec just for the hell of it). these are the essentials. some extras are pull up bars (either door frame, or you can make one very cheap(i did)), dip station, DB's. |
yeah i'm starting the 20 rep squat program so i really only need a rack and barbell and a bench so i just don't wanna spend too much on it seeing as i'm going to college next year, but i have brothers who would use it too so i'm looking for a cheap but good power rack and bar
i could've sworn i saw an article on this site before about making a home gym, but now i can't find it... |
they just started demo on the land our stadium is being built on.
ill have my football team in about 3 years =\ right now im more of a spectator than a fan |
This first...Sumo Rack...for benching and squatting and rack pulls or whatever.
SUMO RACK It's only $330 and I love it. Best piece of equipment I own. |
