Yesterday i had one of the craziest Leg workouts ever!
my mind and my body were on fire...unstopable! Awesome workout 2.5 hours + 40 minutes of cardio!....Its a PR for me! Its great when we feel bullet proofI am posting my workout and if you guys have questions dont hesitate. Some of you will think that i am Overtraining ...Nah!! losing size on my legs because of doing cardio after legs NOpe! Miths and more nonesence! Natural is the way to go. Great workout. I nearly lost lunch just reading about it. Do you rotate exercises, or stick with the same exercises each week? And you ever perform free squats?

On the other hand i dont do Free squats anymore. I used to squat a lot but finally i got hurt. I have a back issue now and last time i try squating my spine hurt for 2 days after. So no more Squats for me until i get this fix if that is possible LOL! |
