Another question for you. I've seen some reluctance (even anger) on forums from a few experienced natural bodybuilders who believe they aren't limited, and that they can keep getting bigger and bigger and bigger.

Any idea why this is such a touchy subject?
Not sure! Perhaps because people need to have something to believe so they can keep pushing. I cant speak for other people but that is what happen with me. I know what are my limitations, i know that gaining 10 lbs of muscle in a year wont happen, but also i believe that i can get better every year and that one day i will achieve the phisique that i have been chasing since i started my career. At the end everything is about enjoying the ride, about learning, improving our character and phisique thru sacrifice and trying to find what works for each of us.

Hope this helps

Great workout. I nearly lost lunch just reading about it. Do you rotate exercises, or stick with the same exercises each week? And you ever perform free squats?

Usually i stick with my Power Exercises (Romanian Deads, Chest & Detl Presses For example) but i rotate as needed if i have to. For example if i feel that a muscle is too sore or if my joints hurt a little i change things up to hit them from a different angle and avoid injuries.

On the other hand i dont do Free squats anymore. I used to squat a lot but finally i got hurt. I have a back issue now and last time i try squating my spine hurt for 2 days after. So no more Squats for me until i get this fix if that is possible LOL!
