Question Rader Chest Pulls- How, who, what, why?

Is anyone familiar with the Rader Chest Pull?
It is part of the Super Squat Program by Dr. Randall J. Strossen. ( Reading that, right now)

Any insights?

You can do a high rep set of light dumbbell pull-overs and focus on the same deep breathing technique used in the breathing squats. Much easier than learning the chest pull. Does it work? Can't really say, but they're fun.
