If you're trying to build muscle then you don't want to jump to a calorie deficit. Your body is probably still building. 4 days isn't a long time away from the iron. You're not going to get fat from eating a few extra calories per day in either case.

Yeah, I was about to say the same as Steve did, 4 days really isn't any time at all...and the body does not slow that quickly, contrary to what some people believe.
