Question Full body routine

I took on board what you said yesterday and will be switching to a full body routine.
I dont really know how to go about it though.
You all seemed to recomend a full body workout 3 times a week.

Does this mean i'll be hitting every bodypart 3 times a weeks? I know it sounds like a stuid question, but other routines like stronglifts, is based on an A B sytem, as im sure you all know.

What should I do?

Google Starting Strength for a basic full-body 5x5 routine.
Or
Google Peary Rader and his foundation routine for something a little more vigorous.

Both formats work well, and will give you great results.

I would start off on the Reeves classic FB routine as a starting point. It is a pretty straight forward program. You can alter the rep range slightly if you are so inclined and work sets of 6-10 as opposed to 8-12.

Once you have spent some quality time with the program you may find you need just a little more rest and at this point going to an A/B program can work well.

Still, I have worked myself into the ground on A/B programs in the past.
You must allow time to adapt to FB work if you have never done it before.

If you have not done so, read the classic physique challange thread. There is a lot of good info in that thread on FB work.

yes you will be hitting every muscle directly or indirectly every session btw there is some really good fullbody workouts on here,5x5 is not the only way to train there is plenty of fullbody routines that dont use 5x5 what are just as effective just make sure it is full of compounds SQ/DL/ROW/OHP/BP
