Default Mother of all Rants

Just received this rant. Posting for discussion:

3. All those steroid-free (don't even believe this) all times from the past trained 3 times a week. Did you know the the uneven days where for men and even days for women back then.

Also they didn't train pedal to the metal all times. 1 training was moderate and all the rest was half ass for the week.

4. Look at the real world results of natural bodybuilders (as far as they are natural). They all train their muscles one's a week. It takes patience to build a physique.

5. Optimal....what is optimal. Add 1 stress factor and there you go with your optimal full body crap you are spreading.

6. Watch your shape...for physique building, you are the least person to take advice from.

For powerlifting, go ahead and spread your crap all around.

He seems to be suggesting training less frequently and goes on to say it's only for beginners. On the contrary, if he can't do that then he's out of shape.

Lol, that is one of the most well established things in research. Despite the common refute, this research isn't conducted on fat out of shape beginners. Researchers aren't stupid.

wtf.Stick him on your 3 day a week fullbody steve and see if he could make it half way then he could go and tell some old school bodybuilders like reg park,steve reeves,marvin eder,john grimick and even ARNIE that fullbody is shit and they don't know the fuck they are doing these guys built tons of muscle on fullbody workouts with out steroids so if it worked then it will work now,what a fucking prick.Sorry about my language,old school all the way.
