Default Question about lifting

When I do bench presses, I find that for some reason my right arm is lagging. What can I do to fix this, as I do not want an imbalanced chest.

I'm not body builder, but I would imagine DB Pressing would help, as would variations on unilateral work.

I would suggest doing dumbbells as well. If you use barbells, one arm can do more of the work for you.

Check your grip!!! I've trained with lots of people who think they are taking an even grip, but they aren't even close. I know you're probably doing it right, but double check.

I agree that you should use Dumbbells. Take full advantage of them. This will allow you to concentrate more on the side that is lagging.

Yeah, need training details...

DBs are great, but if your program is advancing too quickly, something as simple as reducing the weight or doing more volume at a moderate weight might be enough...

Do you have excellent bench form or is it sloppy?

Love the dumb bell presses personally. They're humbling, and remind me that I'm still a mere mortal in a sport filled with mutants and the inhumanly strong.
