I usually stick with Deadlifts and squats.

GHR, though I should add, I'm still terrible at this, and am basing this reccy off of how insanely difficult I find the maneuver.

I won't knock the plate drags, because logic tells me those could be killer, HOWEVER... You won't catch the only Navy guy (me) in a gym full of Army guys doing it. I'm just not that self-confident.
