Default The true upper body squat ?

which exercise do you guys beleive is the closest to the upper body as to what the squat is to the lower body ? In other words what exercise will put the most mass on the entire upper body ?

For the first question I would say the standing OHP is close to the squat in the sense that it requires the whole body to work to stabilize the lift. Really though,
comparing any upper body movement to the squat is a stretch at best.

For your second question, no movement I am currently aware of will put mass on the entire upper body. Just for the sake of discussion I would say that one could bench press and row (pick your variation) and put mass on virtually the entire upperbody. In theory at least.

If I had to do only one it would probably be a clean and press.

The criteria of entire upper body makes this tough for me to say. I think of upper body movements as some sort of "push" and some sort of "pull". That being said, I'd agree with BTB that the clean & press, or, maybe, muscle ups would include a pull and a push to develope the entire upper body.
