Default upper/lower split

Hi,

I just started a new upper body/lower body split. I would like to add deadlifts, push-ups and cardio too my routine. How should I incorporate these exercises or would I be doing to much?

M-Upper A
T-LowerA
W-rest
Th-Upper B
F-Lower B

Welcome to the forum Phil.

Deadlifts generally go with lower days - posterior chain work. Pushups on upper days. Cardio post-lifting or on off days.

Can you show us the entire split including exercises. That might help.
