Can great hamstrings be built with only hip extension movements? Thanks for any response |

It's not so important for growth because you can get great results from other lifts like pull-throughs, stiff-legged deadlifts, Glute-ham raise, etc.
The leg curls are more important for joint health and should probably see some attention for part of the training year. I believe every joint should be worked in both (or all) directions at some point. No real need to do them all the time though. |
