It's a great vid.

Listening to it right now while working.

One thing I like about the vid from the first day I seen it, is reputable people better explain without any bashing, the difference between bbing and power lifting and how the difference has evolved.

How being the "Red head step child" went on to be so big.

The part about Arnold wanting to show Mentzer the value of high volume was priceless.

I just put that on the shelf as competitive drive.
