Squat PR

295x8 squat - YouTube

This is squat PR in terms of reps. I didnt keep as tight as i should have , i missed depth on a rep and the bar wandered on one but the set felt good.
If you cant hear i laugh at my friend Devin chirping "I remember my first time squatting"

Nice set. You've come a long way this year. I think I remember not long ago you hit 275 for a single and it was a PR.

Thanks gentleman, i was shooting for 3 sets of 5 and i got 255x8 275x11 and 295x8 think i underestimated myself lol.
