Default My hamstrings suck

Are there any new exercises I can try for hamstrings? Stiff legs seem to stretch the hamstrings but I don't feel like I'm adding size. Is this in my head?

500lbs for reps on SLDL would probably add some size.

Poundage may be the issue here!

Personally, I think your not providing enough information to give an informed answer. Post new-gainer period, you can do all the power-reps in the world, maybe even gain strength, but if your eating like a stick figure, you are not going to gain much strength/growth, and even the low-end diet could even sap your power, strength, and growth. Therefore assuming your eating right, been training for a while, Ham curls, Good Mornings (even dead lifts are good indirect support). In addition, there isn't a cookie-cutter program, you may have to play with different exercises and rep ranges to learn which you respond best to.

Best wishes,

Chillen

Chillen makes some valid points. The exercise recommendations by all the others are good too ( I love Good Mornings for hams), I would only add, try some Glute Ham Raises to the others. Bigger hams without also working on the glutes will create an imbalance that not only looks weird but will bother your back.
