Default DB or BB shrugs?

Been doing BB shrugs for a while now, and i love 'em! Had some good growth going with about 12 reps(ish)

Was curious as to what everyone else prefers?

BB shrugs over DB shrugs for me anyday. I get better results, but I do use DBs occassionally when training traps and upper back.
