More rest
More food
More focus

if that doesn't work...

Try less over-all volume.

Post up your dietary trend for about 2 weeks. Post up your workout program (very specific, with rest days) for about 2 weeks. In addition, you need to be more clear on what specific plateau you are experiencing: The specific lift and its corsponding rep issue or weight increase issue.

This way we can narrow down specific answers that are "specific" to you and provide more personal recommendations.

Peace and happiness to you and your family,

Don

I was struggling with my Bench for about 3 months trying to figure out how to improve it. I finally went up 5lbs and now went up another 5lbs. One thing that helped me was my foot position. (I was putting my feet too far under me.) Now that their in a better position I'm getting more leg drive.

Other than that I just got more intense and focused. Psyching myself up and getting into a certin mindset.
