I have seen this done at a few PowerBoy meets. As you clean the weight up right around when it gets to your chest you let go of the bar and make yourself have a seizure. And then grab the bar out of the air and finish the lift above your head. If you came up with enough speed the bar should of kept going up and you should be able to catch it above your head.

I am not a powerlifter nor am I a bodybuilder. I just want to be big and strong.

I'd have to say Picard. Kirk is cool and all but Picard edges it for me.

I wanna look like I lift, but don't want to be strong or lift anything heavy. What is the best way to acheive this?

When bulking up for a powerboy meet, what is your favorite carb source?

You have come to the right place, all you have to do is go to your local commercial gym and head over to the dumbbell rack and grab the heaviest dumbbells you can find. Sit down and hold the dumbbells and wait till nobody is looking then yell as loud as you can and slam the dumbbells on the floor. Everyone will think you are an animal, problem solved.
