For overall bicep size and peak, I recommend wrestling Short-nose bears. Though widely known to be extinct, I found a group of them in a remote location above Washington state. They are some tuff buggers.

Secondly, if you are serious about your lifting you should be wearing a power boy diaper that way you don't have to worry about wasting time in the bathroom .

Absolutely. Feel free to shirt up too. Will protect the pec/delt tie in. Power boy viking diaper is also completely acceptable.
