What do you think about about combining dynamic effort principles with time under tension principles? Something like dynamic time under effort tension?

I know a group of people who live on the islands in the pacific who use this technique. What you do is take the bar out while on the bench/squat/deadlift
and do 10x10 as fast as you can switching up grips/stances etc in ten different ways.
