It depends. How much weight are you moving and how often? It's also a matter of conditioning. (I hit my upper back hard every time I lift and I don't just mean with face pulls) Try a few things out. I did full body training for over a year and sometimes will not follow my "program" and hit the full body still. You're capable of a lot more than you probably think so long as you recover well between workouts. As others have said, try a few things out. Full body training may not be for you, but it just might be a key to your next success too.

Why do you think they are called "Secondary and stabalizers" ?

Threw the eye of a Competitive Bodybuilder:

Yes they get worked to assist the main muscle but they do NOT get direct work for semetrical grouth.

Yes they will get stronger and bigger but NOT as fast as with isolated work.

Boils down to whats your end goal: Power Lifting, Bodybuilding or Competitive Bodybuilding.
