Get stronger with a medium to high rep range. Work the muscles at least twice a week.

The majority of your exercises should be from these 5 broad categories:

Squats
Bench Presses
Deadlifts
Chins/Rows
Overhead Presses

Look longterm. Make a 3 year plan, not a 4 month plan that will be followed by a cut.

Do more every time you step in the gym. That could be one more rep or one more quarter plate per side or one more set.

You also need to realise that if you want to be a ripped 90kgs, you're going to have to be a sloppy 105-110kgs first.
